Josh Locks brings decades of experience to HeyBlue, making it a trusted name in umpire and referee scheduling. Since 1996, Josh has been officiating youth baseball and basketball games, and by 2004, he had expanded his expertise to high school-level competitions. In 2005, he graduated from the prestigious Jim Evans Umpire Academy, further solidifying his dedication to the craft.

 

For nearly two decades, Josh has been committed to training and mentoring new officials, equipping them with the skills and confidence to excel on the field and court. Today, Josh oversees the scheduling and development of umpires and referees for 13 leagues and organizations across Chicago and the surrounding Chicagoland area. His passion for officiating and dedication to the sports community ensure that leagues receive top-notch service and support.
